Shipping/Delivery

 

We use Royal Mail to deliver our greetings cards, letterbox gifts and boxes, however, reserve the right to change courier should Royal Mail not be available due to strike action or other circumstance.

All orders are received by Royal Mail from us, within 2 working days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated.

All delivery options will be displayed at checkout for you to select, and nearly all customers receive their items well within the timeframe expected, however, the timeframe given by the courier is not guaranteed and may be subject to delay.​

 

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail.

Please do let us know if you have not received your order in the timeframe expected, so we can look into it for you, and start to arrange a replacement or refund.  If a delay has happened we will log this information as it helps us decide which courier to use in the future.  Thankfully the Royal Mail delay/loss rate for our customers is extremely low, so we are continuing to use Royal Mail.

Please note that delays due to courier, delays due to busy holiday periods or strike action from courier, are out of our control.  If your order does not arrive (thankfully this is very rare) we can not start a claim with Royal Mail until after the due date plus 7 or 10 working days, depending on which delivery option you selected at checkout, therefore we may not send a refund or replacement until after this time if you have not received your order (if we can replace or refund immediately we will).  This forms part of our Terms and Conditions, you will be asked to tick to agree to our Terms and Conditions when placing  an order.  We use to refund or replace immediately if an order had not been received, however, the item was usually delivered the next day due to courier delays, and it cost our small business the cost of another order and delivery costs, so I hope you understand the need for the short wait, thank you.
