Sunny Bank Wishes is the brainchild and absolute labour of love, of it's owner Michelle (me).

I create greetings cards, postcards, prints and stationery from my photographs and digital art, and fill our Gift Boxes with thoughtful and beautiful things.

​

Sunny Bank Wishes was born out of a wish to bring comfort and joy to others.   I wanted to create more of the cards and gifts I was giving to people, as I kept being asked to purchase them ... and here we are today!

​

What's with the name and logo?  Well ... Sunny Bank is where I work from, and I think it feels wonderful to make a wish on a dandelion, or wish upon a star, no matter how old you are!   It's very appropriate as I sell greetings cards and gifts to relay best wishes ...  and wish bracelets too.  I designed my logo to have my youngest child making a wish with the dandelion seeds turning into stars (it's her real silhouette in my logo).

I still get so happy when someone purchases a card or print with one of my photographs or designs on, it's a magical feeling.  For transparency, if a card or print has one of my photographs or designs on it will say in the description, if not, I have designed the card using purchased licensed graphics in my own creative way.  I am proud to say that EVERY single animal or bird photograph featured on my cards I took myself!

In 2022 I was thrilled to be accepted as a representative of East of India.  I have always loved the products and ethics of this company, and it is an honour to share their lovely products with you all in our beautiful Gift Boxes.​​​

In 2023 I made the decision to go plastic free on all our products and packaging.  I wanted to do my bit to help reduce plastic pollution within my business, yet still create beautiful cards and Gift Boxes.   I even earned a Plastic Free Champion award!  Click here for further information.​

2025 is an exciting year, I am using my Etsy shop for retail orders (wholesale orders are still only available direct however, due to the large quantities involved).  I am going on social media, which is terrifying for an introvert like me, but I want to reach more lovely people and share some of the behind the scenes of what I do.  I also wanted to give back more this year, so I have created the Postcard Smile Project and Free PDF printables.   And finally this year, I am starting a Blog as I love writing, to share some of the crafts, topics and ideas I have, with you all.

The best part of my business however, will always be when someone tells me how much a card or gift meant to their recipient.   It absolutely makes my day to hear, as it is the reason I started this business, and it still means so much to me today.
