Cancel/Refund/Return Policy (for physical products)​​

All orders can be cancelled up until they have dispatched - this MUST be done via our contact us form or by email using hello@sunnybankwishes.co.uk.

All non personalised items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, however, they must be received in their original condition and the postal liabilities and charges remain with you, the buyer. We suggest you use a tracked or signed for service, as items not received by ourselves can not be refunded or exchanged.

In the rare event your order reaches you in a condition that is not expected, even if it is personalised - please message us via our contact us form or by email using hello@sunnybankwishes.co.uk, within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can look into this for you as soon as possible.

In the rare event your order has not arrived by the delivery date expected, please message us via our contact us form or by email using hello@sunnybankwishes.co.uk as soon as possible, so that we can look into it for you - please also read our delivery policy above, although still contact us as soon as possible so that we can run the necessary checks our end prior to contacting Royal Mail after their allocated time period.

Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items, however, please message us if you have any difficulties downloading any digital download so that we can help you as soon as possible.
