​How long will my order take to arrive?
​
All orders are processed and received by Royal Mail within 1 working day of your order being received by us. Most orders are posted out the same day if possible, or next day during busy periods. Our working days are Monday - Friday. Once your order has been received by Royal Mail it will then be posted to you by them. Please note that the timeframe is a guide only and can not be guaranteed by Royal Mail. Further information can be found here.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

Thankfully this is very rare, however, please contact us as via our Etsy shop as soon as possible to let us know, if your order was placed via Etsy. If your order was wholesale or placed direct, please contact us directly. Please also refer to the full details within our Terms & Conditions.

Why is your retail shop now via Etsy?
​
Selling our retail products via Etsy saves us time and makes processing small orders much easier. Etsy provides our retail customers with an excellent buyer experience and also has the added benefit of providing customers with a host of other amazing sellers and products, should we not have quite what you are looking for, or have sold out.

Can I collect my order from you instead of having it delivered?
Bei​ng a small busy online only business, this is strictly by appointment for large orders and must be requested by email prior to you placing your order using hello@sunnybankwishes.co.uk.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Currently we only deliver to mainland UK, however, we would really like to be in a position to deliver worldwide in the future for some of our products.

Do you sell in large quantities or wholesale?

Can I visit your shop?
​
We are an online only shop. Currently we can only allow visits by appointment for large orders, suppliers and wholesale customers. You can arrange to collect your large order from us, but this must be requested prior to your order being placed by contacting us and is strictly by appointment only.

Why are your products and packaging plastic free?

Quite simply because we want to do our little bit to help reduce plastic pollution. Please see our plastic free policy for more information.

Do you take on commissions?

This really does depend on the commission and our commitments at that time, please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
