Shipping/Delivery

We offer FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery on all retail orders under £20 (minimum £3 order total required for all deliveries) & FREE Tracked 48 delivery on all orders over £20!

 

So that we can offer Free delivery, there is a minimum order value of £3 set at checkout.

We use either Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Tracked 48, however, reserve the right to change courier should Royal Mail not be available due to strike action or other circumstance.

All orders are received by Royal Mail from us, within 1 working day of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated.  Most orders are posted out same day if possible or the next working day during busy periods.  Our working days are Monday - Friday.

 

The majority of our customers receive their items well within the timeframe expected or before, however, the timeframe given by the courier is not guaranteed and may be subject to delay.​
