Shipping/Delivery

We use either Royal Mail standard 1st Class, 2nd Class, Tracked 24 or 48, however, reserve the right to change courier should Royal Mail not be available due to strike action or other circumstance.

All orders are received by Royal Mail from us, within 1 working day of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated.  Most orders are posted out same day if possible or the next working day during busy periods.  Our working days are Monday - Friday.

 

The majority of our customers receive their items well within the timeframe expected or before, however, the timeframe given by the courier is not guaranteed and may be subject to delay.​

You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail.
